The AIAA (American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, the professional society for aerospace engineers) has Student Chapters across the country. Schools having a Student Chapter would be a good place to start looking for schools with a future in the Space Program (Even Neil Armstrong was once a Student Member of the AIAA).
