Where can I find a list of approved PROCARD vendors?
The Procurement Department facilitates bids/proposals and enters into contracts with various merchants for many types of commodities utilized by schools/departments. The PROCARD, just as other methods of procuring items, must be utilized with the contracted vendors that are in place to provide certain commodities. These suppliers or merchants can be found on the Procurement website under the e-catalog section and/or the Annual Bid Calendar section. The PROCARD can be utilized for non-bid merchants such as grocers, restaurants, craft stores, etc. as long as the purchased items are for HISD business purposes only.
