Where can i find a laboratory to do DNA sequencing?
This really depends on what sequencing you want done and what you want out of it. At a minimum you might supply the DNA, tell the lab which bit you want sequenced, they do it and send the sequence back to you. In this case, if you went to even a university lab that did that sort of sequencing routinely, you would be charged for PCR reagents, PCR, purification of DNA, sequencing reaction and sequencing run + a fee for the time of staff involved. If you are looking for sequencing, plus analysis and interpretation of results then you will be paying a commercial company at their rates, which will include the above plus analysis and interpretation.
