Where can i find a halloween costume?
In the chicagoland area (where i live) late september costume store pop up out of no where in strip malls, vacant stores. These places are really good because the never seem to run out. They have huge varieties and if there is something missing or not included they have it 2 aisles over. I would say to hit up one of those places.
