Where can I find a good recipe for deviled eggs?
This recipe is so easy and so yummy! They are best when they have chilled in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. * 1 dozen eggs- preferably not new or fresh eggs * Mayonnaise- as much or as little as you like * 1 tsp. Dijon mustard * 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar * Paprika * Salt and pepper to taste Place eggs in a large pot and fill with water until all the eggs are covered, add a handful of salt, and bring to a boil. Turn down the heat to medium-high, and let cook 20 minutes. Remove the pot from the burner, and place the entire pot in the sink (if you’re me, take the dirty dishes out first)and run cold water into it- no need to dump out the hot water, the eggs will fare better if the cold water slowly forces the hot water out.
