Where can I find a free knitting pattern for a beanie using feathers wool?

Here’s a link to a whole host of beanie caps, just find one you like. I agree with the previous poster that you should use another solid wool in addition to the feathers for better structure (I’ve knitted hats & scarves with this method, and trust me the feathers are what you see). You can knit any weight of wool on any size needles, just make sure to test your gauge when working the pattern. Adjusting needle size to match the gauge I find is the easiest to achieve this. ie if it says 11 stitches = 4″ on size 8 needles and your running big – try size 7 needles, and so on until you achieve proper gauge. http://www.knittinghelp.
