Why get 2007, go for 2010. You can contact resellers and they may be helpful, most IT crowds in your country will know the names of them. You can download AutoCAD and run it for a month free as a trial but then you are banjaxed after that. Alternatively you could go down the piracy route but that would be a whole different kettle of fish.
