It doesn’t work like that. Magic: The Gathering Online uses a client that only recognizes digital objects entered into its database. You cannot enter these yourself. If you use free play you can only use only the free objects they provide you with. Even if you have an account, you cannot download an avatar and use it. You have to own an account and the digital object that represents the avatar to use it. To get the avatar you want you’ll have to either win it (at the event it’s given in), or buy it (with Event Tickets) from another player. Sorry to burst your bubble, but there are no free rides in M:TGO.
