Hopefully you won’t find any free puppies. Anyone who wants a puppy bad enough and is willing to take care of it physically, mentally and medically would be willing to pay an adoption fee. Sometimes you can find ads in the paper for puppies needing adopted for as little as $20-$50. If you do happen to find puppies for free, I hope your friend will take care of it the way it deserves to be taken care of. Another thing, what if your friend decides he/she doesn’t want the puppy no more, are you willing to take on the responsibility? If not, don’t bother getting a puppy for your friend.
