Where can I fand the true historical story of Exodus?
Archeology has not been able to find a lot of evidence that supports the biblical story. So the actual history is not really known. There have been some finds that seem to support it and some finds that contradict it. The biggest thing is the lack of evidence when it comes to Exodus. Ancient Egyptians did omit and destroy embarrasing accounts of their history but they were not the only people in the area. Other nations have no record of a large group of Hebrews wandering around in the desert. Even the Egyptians could not 100% hide the history. There should be some mention of it or the events leading up to it but they are not there.
