All ATOL holders have to include an ATOL Protection statement on their ATOL Confirmation Invoices, and have the option of whether to include information about the APC. ATOL holders may also include the APC within the holiday items and cost detailed on their Confirmation Invoices. However, the APC should not appear as a separate cost after the total or inclusive holiday price, or appear as a tax or charge on the customer. ATOL holders will include information about ATOL Protection in their brochures and on websites, and have the option of including additional information about the APC.
