Overseas branches of JTB (sales offices/agents authorized by JR Hokkaido), Nippon Travel Agency, JALPAK, Kinki Nippon Tourist, ANA and Japan Airlines International. In Japan: JR Travel Service Center (Twinkle Plaza) in Sapporo , Asahikawa , Hakodate , Kushiro and Obihiro, and JR Information Desk at JR Sapporo Station West Exit or JR Hokkaido Visitors Information Desk at New Chitose Airport Station. * In case of purchasing abroad, you must purchase an Exchange Order and exchange it for a Hokkaido Rail Pass in Japan.
