Conveniently you can download the handwriting tool / plugin / feature right here! MSN Handwriting Tool – For use with MSN Version 6.xx After installing the application, you will then have the ability to either use your mouse to handwrite messages to your friends, or you can use the handwriting plugin to draw funny naughty pictures for your friends!
