The driver for the phone will be part of Cingulars Communication Manager software. You will first need to get that software which is available online at Cingulars website. Once you have the Communication Manager software downloaded, restart your computer, and open up the Communication Manager. MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR PHONE CONNECTED TO YOUR COMPUTER AT THIS POINT!! You will then need to go to tools, and then to device wizard. Once there, the software will get the correct drivers for your device. If you need help with this, go into a Cingular Company Owned Retail Location, and ask them if they can help you with it. They will have the software there with their Air Cards.
