Okay www.narutocentral.com is like the ultimate website. You go to Media> Naruto Shippuden Anime Episodes and then you can just download any Episode you like. For the MP4 you need Quicktime player> http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ For the AVI you just need Windows Media Player. You can also download them in 480p, 720p and 1080p they are in amazingly high quality but you need VLC player which is free and easy> http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-win… Click the top download link it will then go to a page, click the yellow bar at the top and it will download. Trust me they are amazing quality. Be aware though you will need a quite good computer to run the higher quality so if it isn’t that good just get the 480p which is the same as a 20inch Tv.
