there are many hacked version of it in utorrent but I suggest that she just use openoffice instead of that. Openoffice has a complete version of ms office and can open files from ms office and save as ms office so that others can read her files too. You can find it in www.openoffice.org EDIT: in that case you can download it in utorrent but she must be very careful not to update the application as “Warning this is a counterfeit product” will appear on the screen every time she open any ms office application.
