The only legal download is the trial for Adobe Dreamweaver CS4. You can’t get the Macromedia version any more because Macromedia was bought out by Adobe several years ago, so Dreamweaver has been an Adobe product for a while now. You can find the trial for any Adobe product at www.adobe.com. Trying to get any version for free is illegal, it is software piracy. You may be able to legally purchase older versions from places like eBay, but make sure you know the seller is legit.
