You have two means of backup up your games. The first option is: Buy DL-DVDs and copy your games to that (this requires a mod chip, which are illegal. But if you are still planning on using them, use them ONLY on backups of your games that you purchased legally!). The second option is: Buying second copies. If you use torrents, you could possibly get arrested or banned (from Xbox Live).
