After registering an individual in the automated CARE system, check: • CARE screen C68 – HCS MR/RC Assessments – Summary (HCS) or • CARE screen 1168 – ICFMR MR/RC Assessment Summary Inquiry (ICFMR) for any Level of Care/Level of Need (LOC/LON) history.
