MOON COOKIES FROM THE 70’S 2 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 eggs 2 cups M&Ms 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix flour, soda, and salt. 3. In separate bowl, beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, beat well. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in M&Ms. 4. Bake 8-10 minutes on an ungreased cookie sheet.
