Where Can I Buy That Cast Iron Pan?
How do you get an Aebleskiver pan? I am often asked this question. Thanks to you and online shopping, I have lots of answers now. In my travels, I have rarely seen one for sale, and they are more elusive than Lingonberries (heavier too), but ought to be found in the same places. (When you succeed, try to get some pickled herring too.) Twenty years ago I saw them in Solvang, CA, and recently I found them in Linsbourg, KS. An old standby is the Maid of Scandinavia catalog. One person who came to this page had found an Aebleskiver pan at an estate sale (and needed recipes.)
