All clothing is sun protective to the body parts that are covered by them. Any uncovered parts still need sunblock applied as often as needed depending on how much you sweat. Also use at least an SPF 24 sunscreen. If there are any shady areas by the pool, be in them when you can without not doing your job. Sunburns are no fun and either is skin cancer.
