Where can I buy steal materia 4 ff7?
You generally find all of the materia before you have access to buying it as is the case with the steal materia. Some materia you also only ever find 1 of and then you must master the materia to spawn a new one. Anyways, your first chance at steal is finding it. You will eventually be able to buy it once you leave Midgar in the town of Kalm. I recommend getting the one you find though because you can steal a Carbon Blade from monsters in the Shinra tower before you leave Midgar which is a really good weapon for Cloud at that point in the game.
