Your florist can order rose petals in bulk. I don’t think $20 would cover the cost though. That is unless they have a wedding coming up and can slip some to you. When sold in bulk they are often sold in 5,000 or 6,000 petal packages for $130 up. So visit some florist shops and see what the two of you can work up. Years ago there were rose growers in this country and if you were lucky enough to live near the greenhouses, you might be able to get petals that way. Now most roses are air freight from South America.
