Where can I buy pure Potassium/Sodium/Lithium?
If you have a legitimate need for alkali metals, because you work in a laboratory, school, university etc. Then you can buy them from your usual chemical supplier; most will charge a surcharge for orders of hazardous chemicals. They will also require proof that you are employed by an establishment with a licence to hold and use hazardous chemicals. Without this proof you will be unable to purchase them.
