There are 3 ways you can add more minutes to your AT&T PrePaid Internet account. First, you can add minutes online by clicking here and charging them to one of these major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club. You will need to enter your PIN and Serial Number from your AT&T PrePaid Internet Card. You will also need an e-mail account ID. Instructions on the page will guide you through the online refill process. Secondly, if your AT&T PrePaid Internet account is at a zero balance and has not expired, then you will need to call Customer Service at 1-888-671-2391 and use the “Add Minutes” prompt, followed by another “Add Minutes” prompt and then a “Refill” prompt and then a Customer Service representative will help you. Thirdly, you can also call Customer Service at 1-888-671-2391 and purchase minutes over the phone and have them added to your account right away.
