Karo syrup is NOT a laxative. It’s simple corn syrup=way too much sugar. Try reducing some of the milk she drinks, cut out the iron, and increase the amount of water. You can try a little bit of Miralax in her water or juice to soften the stool. Try to get her to eat fiber foods like apples and leafy greens. She can go 2 days without a movement and still be fine. If the poop is hard pellet, then she is not hydrated enough and may need some Pedialyte (electrolyte water).
