You can buy Japanese publications outside Japan in any of the following ways: 1. Go to the closest bookstore that sell Japanese books. Major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Paris, and Hong Kong where there is a significant Japanese population usually have at least one Japanese bookstore. If you can read Japanese on your computer, you can order from a major bookstore like Kinokuniya which ships books from Japan to overseas via Federal Express (expensive!).
