Most of the malls have “yuppie” type clothing stores catering to tourists. You will find some “look-a-like” knockoffs being sold by street vendors, especially off Phetchaburi Road, Patpong area and lower Sukhumvit Road. There are tailors in many locations in Bangkok. Sukhumvit Road near the Nana Skytrain stop has several. For tailoring make sure you have time for several fittings and don’t pay the whole price at one time. Make sure you inspect the material in the daylight to see if the panels and colors match correctly. If you go once and then they deliver it to your hotel only hours before you fly out you won’t have any time for alterations.
