Where Can I Buy Final Fantasy Tactics (1997)?
Are you in the UK? Final Fantasy Tactics was never officially released in the UK and as such can only be bought in NTSC format from the likes of eBay. The reason I ask is because from you question it sounds like your copy used to work on your PS1 but doesn’t work now on your new PS2. This suggests to me that your PS1 was “chipped” to allow it to play imported games and that that your new PS2 isn’t. The answer then would be to get your PS2 chipped or use a program like “swap magic” to allow it to play import games. Buying another copy of FF Tactics won’t help if you are in the UK as it won’t be compatible with an unchipped UK console either. I hope that helps.
