Get married in central Canada – Winnipeg would be a good choice. Then you can have real snow, which is also environmentally friendly. You can even eat it, unless it’s yellow.

As odd as it may sound, consider what movie studios often use for ‘fake’ snow – instant potatoes. Consistency is correct for good visual appeal, and it is certainly biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Don’t know much about cleanup, but if you’ve already got that figured out it may be a good alternative for you. Best to you.
