A. You can’t legally buy a new copy of Command Performance as no new copies have legally been printed since 2004. The publisher, NBI, went out of business in 2004. If you find any new copies listed for sale on the internet, they’ve been illegally printed without my permission and I get no royalties from the sale of those books. However, there are legal USED copies available and several libraries still have copies.
