Where can I buy a MyMulti ticket from a reseller if I don’t intend to use it on the day of purchase?
If you do not wish to use your MyMulti ticket immediately, you should buy your ticket from a MyZone reseller. MyMulti tickets bought from ticket resellers are valid from the date of first use – rather than the date of issue. For example, if you pre-purchased your MyMulti ticket from a reseller on a Saturday and didn’t use it until you boarded a bus on Monday morning, the driver will stamp Monday’s date (day of first use) on your MyMulti ticket to indicate it is valid for travel for 7 days (Mon – Sun). If you buy your MyMulti ticket from a CityRail station window or ticket machine, it is validated immediately at the time of purchase.
