Where can i buy a cherry blossom (sakura) tree?
Most nurseries will sell ornamental cherry trees. I would look in your area first, and see what your local garden centers or nurseries have available this time of year. There are also online nurseries that will ship dormant, bare root trees. So you make have to wait until fall to get a tree shipped – or next spring. Though some may be able to ship a small container-grown tree in full leaf. The shipping will be more expensive though. They flower only in the spring. So that is the only time that the flowers are available. If you are needing a branch of cherry blossoms for a particular occasion at another time of year – silk flowers will be your only option. You can indeed buy fake branches of cherry blossoms. And they can look really good, too.
