Where can freshmen commuters park?
Due to campus construction projects, on campus parking is restricted for freshmen commuter students. Freshmen commuters will are required to park at off campus garages, Chesapeak and Tolbert. Free shuttle service is provided from the off campus garages to the main campus. Click here for shuttle schedules. 3. Are freshman residents allowed to park on campus? Freshman resident students are restricted from having a vehicle on campus; however, freshman residents can place their name on a waitlist. If space becomes available, a parking permit will be granted. A limited number of exceptions are granted for critical medical reasons and for students required to take a college course or ROTC at another university. Follow the procedures on the freshman resident exception form located on the web site. Exceptions will not be issued for employment and are not guaranteed.
