Where can engraving and staining be done?

0

Nearly most concrete surfaces (interior or exterior) can be engraved and stained. • Can new concrete be engraved and stained? Absolutely! New or older surfaces will improve with our concrete engraving process. • How is color added to the concrete surface? We use commercial-grade reactive stains. The stains are designed to permanently penetrate the concrete surface and are available in a wide variety of colors. • How thick is the finished product? Unlike other treatments, there is no additional thickness with this process. The pattern is engraved into the existing surface. • How deep are the engraving cuts? The cuts simulate a grout line and range from 1/16 to 1/8 deep. • Will the colors chip or fade? The color will be as durable as untreated concrete. The colors may change due to long -term exposure to the elements. In some cases, colors actually look better with age. We seal all surfaces, which prolongs the life of the stain.
