Where can be found information on STM services?
At the Customer Services Centre located on the mezzanine level of the Berri-UQAM métro station. There our staff can answer transit-related questions, and provide customers with schedule and route information tools. Customers can also obtain a refund for outdated tickets or settle a transaction error. The Centre is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. till 6 p.m.
