Student has moved to another school or another teacher: Immediately after your school’s final report cards are printed for each quarter, an additional copy will be printed on legal size paper for the teacher’s records. The teacher’s copy are to be used for the following purposes: 1. Place in the cume folder if the student leaves the school 2. Copy for parent if original is lost 3. Use as a tool for determining the next quarter grades Also, if you have a new student who attended a BCSD school during the previous quarter and also received a report card from that school, his grades will be displayed on the current quarter’s report card for the new BCSD school.
