The Centers for Disease Control has an excellent resource for vaccines with information including the name, route, manufacturer and additional comments at: http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/pinkbook/downloads/appendices/B/us-vaccines.pdf We recommend printing this out as a Health Office reference.
