Where can a Private Landlord get other Private Landlords details?
East Ayrshire Council do have a shared list which landlords can put their details on, this allows landlords to access details of other landlords who are on the list. Due to the Data Protection Act 1988 East Ayrshire Council are unable to disclose any information about any other landlord i.e. name, address etc. If you would like your details included on the list then contact the Private Sector Liaison Officer or Assistant and request that your name be put on the Private Landlords shared list, you will then receive a letter and a copy of the list with your details on and other landlords who have requested to be on it.
