The only list of properties set for Foreclosure Sale is available online at http://www.collierclerk.com/RecordsSearch/Foreclosures The list consists of the Final Judgment of each case that is currently set for sale, in sale date order. Please note: When viewing the lists, the first set of numbers reflects the date the sale is set to take place. The second set of numbers is the uniform case number. Or, they can be viewed at the public kiosks located in the Cashier Counter area on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex. The Foreclosure Department page provides links to the final judgments and foreclosure sales, as well as general Information.
