The Demographics module Surveillance Tab will provide the history of all surveillance, clearance and certification examination groups an employee has been in. For each group an employee has been in, the date the employee was entered (Start Date) and the date the employee was removed (End Date) is identified. The Medical Chart found in the Medical Module has current surveillance groups. The “Surveillance Tab” has the list of all of the active medical surveillance, clearance and certification examination groups an employee is currently in.
