At the time of opening of T1 there are two VIP lounges located on the second floor, between the check-in lobby and the Sky Centre. Over the course of 2009 another lounge is set to open in this area, as well as another near the Barcelona-Madrid Air corridor lobby. In the future, the T1 will have six VIP lounges.
