Where are the various chapters located?

Other than some indication of city, state or country apparent in a chapter’s name, the various chapters do not generally reveal their exact location or give any means for direct contact. The Society and its various chapters are secret, and while anyone who agrees with the Society’s goals can become a member, in most instances, you have to be invited to join a particular chapter or create your own chapter.
