Where are the Truck Routes?
Exemptions – The following types of operation of certain trucks, truck tractors, truck and trailer combinations, and/or truck tractor and semi-trailer combinations (“large truck operation”) that otherwise would be subject to the restrictions in the truck route regulations are exempt from the restrictions: (a) large truck operation conducted by businesses located outside of the City’s corporate boundaries that use non-truck route roadways in the City, specifically including but not limited to Wax Road, to get to and from their business provided the travel, to and from their business, is within one mile of the City’s corporate limits; (b) large truck operation conducted by businesses located within the City’s corporate boundaries that use non-truck route roadways in the City to get to and from their business, provided such businesses only use non-truck route roadways, to and from their business, to reach an authorized truck route or as otherwise set forth in the truck route regulations;
