The Self-Service Check-In machines are located in front of the American Airlines ticket counter for baggage check in, in the ticket counter lobby, before the security checkpoint and in select gate locations for carry-on bags only. Additionally, Self-Service Check-In is now available in the lobby of the Chicago O’Hare Airport Hotel. For a complete list of machine locations, please see www.aa.com/selfservice.
