Where are the required forms?
Appendix B of the SRE Handbook contains samples of the following: SRE Teacher’s Engagement Form; Prohibited Employment Declaration; letter for combined arrangements and cross authorisation; letter for combined arrangements using one or more teachers employed by a board; letter to parents at enrolment. Sample letters are also available on the Religious Education page of the curriculum support website. For your denomination’s version of any of these forms, contact your denominational representative.
