Where are the Replay® codes on the Mega Millions, Powerball, Megabucks Plus, Hot Lotto and those types of tickets?
Effective July 1, 2010 the online tickets (Powerball, Mega Millions, etc) will have a new look. You can still enter both types of tickets, old and new – but there will be a few changes to how you enter your new tickets: Online tickets purchased after 7/1/10 have a longer serial number (30 digits) that must be entered in order to replay your ticket. For Mega Millions, Powerball, Megabucks Plus type tickets, the Replay® code is on the FRONT of the ticket in the center of the ticket. Look for the word “RETAILER” and you are to enter those 6 numbers. Beneath the Retailer number is the 35-digit serial number. You only have to enter the first 30 digits. If you have a ticket with a draw date before July 1, 2010, the Replay® code is on the FRONT of the ticket in the UPPER LEFT hand corner. Look for the word “TERM” and you are to enter those 6 numbers – it starts with “0-0” or “1-0”, followed by 4 more numbers. Beneath the term number is the 15-digit serial number to enter.
