Where are the PROS Regulations on the OMH Website?
The PROS Regulations are not yet promulgated. When approved for public distribution and comment, they will be available via OMH’s website at: http://www.omh.state.ny.us/omhweb/pros/ Draft standards were distributed to the County Mental Health Directors and various advocacy organizations on October 1, 2003. This is currently available on the above mentioned website.
