Where are the planes?

Currently, Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site is in the developmental stage. There are no historic airplanes on site at present. However, by late Fall 2007, with the opening of our permanent museum, two airplanes are slated to be on hand–a Piper Cub, and PT-17 Stearman. By the end of 2009 a P-51 Mustang is scheduled to be suspended from the ceiling of the reconstructed Hangar #2.
